This year’s edition of “W Jak Wolność” has come to an end, but for us, this does not mean the end of our work.
The past weeks have been filled with hard work, meetings, commitment, and above all, remembrance of those to whom we owe our freedom. Every Polish flag, every candle lit, and every person who chose to join our initiative carried the same message - that the memory of the heroes of our history is still alive.
We would like to thank everyone who stood with us during this year’s edition. It is thanks to you that we can continue our work and develop new initiatives.
And soon, we will share information about our next “W Jak Wolność” initiative - a joint effort to clean and care for graves and memorial sites.
We want to take care of the places where the heroes of our history rest, especially those whose memory may gradually fade with the passing of time.
Because remembrance is not only about ceremonies and important dates. Remembrance is also about being present, caring, and taking action.
